Crufts is the world’s largest and most prestigious dog show, held annually in Birmingham.

It celebrates the relationship between humans and dogs – showcasing purebred dogs as well as canine agility, obedience, and other skills. The show is organized by The Kennel Club, the UK’s official dog-breeding organization.

The competition is named after its founder, Charles Cruft, a British dog enthusiast who started the event in the late 19th century. The very first Crufts dog show took place in 1891, making the event more than 130 years old.

Since its inception, Crufts has grown significantly and now features a wide array of events and competitions, as well as breed judging that leads to the coveted title of “Best in Show.” It attracts thousands of competitors from all over the world and tens of thousands of spectators annually.

It is a fantastic day out for dog lovers, and a great opportunity to learn about different breeds and their abilities. People who attend to the event can meet more than 200 breeds, thanks to Discover Dogs. It has been a Crufts favourite since 1994.

Crufts states: “Whether you’re looking for a gentle giant or a fun-sized mini, there’s a perfect pup for everyone. Find your favourite breed’s stand number in the table below and get ready to learn, play and cuddle as many dogs as possible!”
