Our Approach
There were two briefs for this project.
The first was to capture the Hero Hounds story — documenting the experience of assistance dogs and their handlers as they received the first glimpse of the new PAW Patrol World. This meant focusing on the emotional connection between the families and their dogs, and ensuring those moments felt genuine and unscripted.
The second brief was to capture the point of view of the dogs themselves as they explored the park. To bring this to life, we used GoPros mounted on a Fetch Harness, creating a unique, immersive perspective that allowed audiences to experience the world through the eyes of the Hero Hounds.
Spending time with the families, we saw and heard the real-world stories of those who rely on assistance dogs in their everyday lives. Through interviews and carefully captured content, we brought those stories to life — highlighting the bond, trust, and companionship that sits at the heart of each relationship.
The Results
The final content was distributed via PA Wire across both video and photography, ensuring wide accessibility for media use.
While media coverage was minimal, the content resonated with audiences, generating over 8.4k views on our YouTube channel. More importantly, the project delivered a compelling, human-led story — combining brand experience with authentic storytelling to create something memorable and meaningful.
