There’s a popular saying that goes, “Listen to your intuition, it’s always right,” and the fact that the universe is always sending you signs, you only have to be mindful of it. A tear-jerking video showed @startwithlo following her intuition, ending with her saving a dog through adoption. Lo explained how she has always wanted a furry friend and intuitively decided to adopt a pup from the euthanasia list. She and her boyfriend brought the sweet boy home the day that could’ve been his last, and there were nothing but smiles.

Lo has since posted multiple updates, spending low-key moments with her dog. This also includes sharing the real-life example of how following her intuition brought her a great deal of happiness.

Dog on euthanasia list gets adopted due to owner’s intuition

Little did Lo know that her intuition would lead her to save a life one day. The mindset growth coach recapped her experience in an Instagram video after she intuitively decided to go through with the adoption of a dog on the euthanasia list. In the clip, she explained that she had been “doing this new thing” when she followed her intuition. After being open to adopting a furry friend for a while, she finally took the leap. She drove for an hour and a half to the shelter three days before he was supposed to be put down. Here’s what happened next.

The video showed Lo breaking down in tears out of excitement as she headed to the shelter and filed for adoption. “It worked out perfectly and he’s gonna be alive,” she declared in the clip. A few days later, the soon-to-be dog mom finally met the pooch for the first time with her “better half.” It also happened to be the same day he was scheduled to be euthanized. She called him “the biggest sweetheart ever” and recorded herself sobbing, thinking it could have been his last day alive.

Two days later, in the video, the couple returned to finally bring the dog home after completing the adoption. Sharing snuggles and kisses, they bonded with the pup, who is clearly the best boy ever. Commenters, including a former shelter employee, praised and applauded Lo for following her intuition to save a life. “As someone who worked in a shelter, thank you so much for saving him. He can finally get the love he has always wanted,” their comment read.
