From little treats to big adventures, your furry baby deserves the very best, and it’s in your hands to fill their life with happiness and make it an unforgettable journey. This dog owner shared her plans for a bucket list to enjoy every single moment with her rescue dog, who suffers from “incurable” cancer, in a tear-jerking video. In the emotional post, the owner, Abby, could barely hold back her tears as she announced how Harvey changed her life, as they look forward to cherishing their time together.

Owner makes a bucket list after dog is diagnosed with cancer in video

Every tail wag, excited bark, and cuddle will remind you how much your four-legged companion deserves the best things in life. A moving Instagram video documented a pet owner’s bucket list for her rescue dog after his cancer diagnosis so they can make the most of the remaining moments together. Abby talked about the heartache and difficulties they have faced as they navigate through Harvey’s life-changing diagnosis, but now they want to focus on a path that brings they joy and happiness.

In the clip, the dog mom claimed that she didn’t intend for the bucket list to focus on the rescue’s cancer. Instead, she made it about enjoying “every single moment that we have together.” Abby then recalled the day she brought Harvey home eight years ago and remembered a thought about doing “all these things together,” but they have yet to experience so much. That said, she disclosed the first thing on the list — making him a gourmet meal because the key to his happiness has always been through his stomach with food.

The video showed the pet owner checking off the first item on the bucket list for her cancer-stricken rescue dog. She cooked him a gourmet meal, comprising delicious salmon, steak, brown rice, and carrots that he so rightfully deserved for always being a good boy. After devouring the fancy meal, Harvey seemingly walked “around wagging his tail for at least an hour.”

Abby has since shared a few more videos, capturing the moments she and the rescue dog ticked off two other items off the bucket list. A follow-up video showed that the second one was spending a weekend at his grandma’s house. Meanwhile, another update showed the third was trying chicken for the first time.
